All content published in Open Medicine is freely available for others to read, download, copy, distribute, make derivative works  ("re-mix") and use with attribution.

As per the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing, Open Medicine archives a complete version of published works and supplementary materials in a freely accessible repository.
